Policy
- All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes towards your treatment.
- If you wish to reschedule your appointment you must notify us 36 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Only one-time rescheduling is allowed.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled, or you will be charged an extra fee of $50. If you wish to reschedule, we will require another deposit.
- No kids or pets are allowed at QUBE STUDIO to prevent cross-contamination.

We have the right to refuse or fire any client for any given reason.
- All results may vary depending on individuals’ skin, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- If it is believed that you were not following post-care instructions from your initial appointment, you will be subject to an extra charge.
- Pricing is subject to change at any time.
- All photos and videos taken during the procedure may be used for marketing / social media purposes.
Terms and Conditions
By booking or receiving services at QUBE Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Bookings are confirmed only after the required non-refundable deposit is received. The deposit is applied toward your treatment total.
- Rescheduling requires at least 36 hours’ notice. Late notice, no-shows, or more than one reschedule may result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit may be required to rebook.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation with deposit forfeiture, or a $50 late / rebook fee plus a new deposit if the appointment is rescheduled.
- You are responsible for reviewing and following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by QUBE Studio. Additional charges may apply if poor aftercare affects your results or healing.
- Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, healing, and aftercare. Touch-ups, if available, are subject to studio policy and pricing.
- QUBE Studio may refuse service or discontinue the client relationship for any reason, including health, safety, conduct, or suitability for treatment.
- Children and pets are not permitted in the studio in order to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
- Prices, service menus, and promotions may change without prior notice.
- By receiving treatment, you consent to photos and videos being taken during your appointment and used for marketing, portfolio, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before your appointment.
- These terms apply to services provided at 8 Hwy 20 W Unit 1, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E0, and may be updated from time to time. Continued booking constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
